Ingredients

- 60 ml 2 oz Keglevich Dry Wodka
- 30 ml 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 20 ml 0,7 oz Sugar Syrup
- 15 ml 0,5 oz Egg Whites
- 1 Lemon wedge to Garnish Lemon wedges to Garnish
- Ice Cubes
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
- Give it a vigorous shake without ice to whip up the egg white and create the delightful foam.
- Shake again, this time with ice, to chill the cocktail to perfection
- Use a strainer to pour the well-strained cocktail into a glass.
- Finally, garnish with a lemon slice or a dried orange slice for an added touch of visual appeal.
